Registration

All registrants are entitled to attend ASVS2010 / WFVS2010 and The 5th Asian Venous Forum.

 

Registrants are urged to register before May 31 (24:00 JST), 2010 to obtain the early-bird registration fee and asked to apply using the online registration. The deadline for advance registration is May 31, 2010.

* All deadline dates are in Japanese Standard Time.

Cancellation Policies

A written notification of cancellation must be sent to the Registration Office. The
Registration fee will be refunded according to the day of cancellation notification.
All refunds will be made after the Congress.

 

Current date through May 14, 2010...........................Full refund of registration fees
May 15th, 2010 through June 15, 2010......................50% refund of registration fees
After June 16, 2010..................................................No refund

*Note: Bank handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
